Who we are
We are a sworn translation office at Şirinevler, Meriç Sk No:6/11, 34188 Bahçelievler / Istanbul. This is our only office. We translate official documents for people dealing with Turkish institutions and for companies with contracts, technical files and tenders.
Which languages do you work in?
We work with sworn translators in almost all languages. A sworn translation is valid at all institutions that do not require notary approval; when an institution does require it, we arrange notary approval.
Can I contact you in Arabic?
Yes. Our staff answer WhatsApp messages and phone calls in Arabic, and we provide oral Arabic interpreting at the land registry office (tapu) and at notaries.
How do you price translations?
The price is calculated per character, without spaces, in proportion to the rate per 1,000 characters for your language pair. VAT is included; the notary fee is charged separately.
How fast do you deliver?
For most languages, documents under 5,000 characters are delivered in 2 hours. An express option is available for faster delivery. Longer documents get a delivery date in the quote.
How do I send documents and receive translations?
Bring your document to our office or upload it online as a PDF, Word file or photo. We deliver the translation as a PDF by email, or the physical copy by courier.
