- Translation delivered as PDF by email
- Physical copies by courier when needed
- Sworn and notarized options
- Requests accepted at any time of day
How does online translation work?
It takes four steps. You send the document by email or through the form. We review it and send you a quote. After your approval, the translation starts. The finished translation is delivered to you digitally.
Which file types can I upload?
You can attach PDF files, Word files or photos of your documents to the quote form to start the initial assessment.
What does the quote include?
Translation, notary approval, physical delivery and any other items are listed separately after the document is reviewed. The price is calculated per character, without spaces, in proportion to the rate per 1,000 characters for your language pair. VAT is included; the notary fee is charged separately.
How long does it take?
For most languages, documents under 5,000 characters are delivered in 2 hours. Longer documents get a delivery date in the quote. An express option is available for faster delivery.
How are my files protected?
You only need to share the files required for the quote. For corporate projects you can ask for an NDA before sending files.
