Which technical documents do you translate?

We translate industrial documents (user manuals, technical specifications, assembly instructions, safety documents), engineering documents (CAD and technical drawings, project reports, test reports), software and IT documents (software documentation, user interfaces, API documentation, system documents) and quality documents (ISO documents, quality manuals, audit reports, procedures).

How is technical terminology kept accurate?

Technical terms are translated with the terminology of your sector, and technical details are carried over precisely. On larger projects we build a glossary so the same terms are used across all files.

Which file formats can I send?

You can upload documents online as PDF, Word or photo files. Tell us the file formats of your project when you ask for a quote so we can plan the work.

How is the price calculated?

The price is calculated per character, without spaces, in proportion to the rate per 1,000 characters for your language pair. VAT is included; the notary fee is charged separately. We confirm the delivery date in the quote based on volume and language pair.

Frequently asked questions

What should I send to get a quote for technical translation?
The files or their formats, the language pair, the approximate volume and your target date.
How do you keep terminology consistent across a large project?
We build a glossary at the start of the project and use the same terms in every file and in later updates.
Can technical documents also be sworn or notarized?
Yes. If an institution requires it, a sworn translation can be provided and notary approval added. The notary fee is charged separately.
